marks adaptors are the cheapest, either $600 or $700 for their twin case adaptor.

Oh and the other t case you need needs to be from a 4 speed, it has to be top shift. Well you atleast need the shifter likages from one anyway.

i to am thinking of this mod as crawer gear sets do not reduce hi range, only low for hilux. I didn't no you just put another standed transfer case in, thought it was some u bute small boxy thingy that has higher gears already in it.

Niether does twin cases. Only way to reduce hi range is to do change the diff gears.

marks its the best place to get the adapter but its a few $$ to do the conversion properly

Adapter $595
4spd transfer $200 -400
crossmember $400 i think got mine from bubs
speedo cable $32
drive shaft mods $0-500 depending on who ya know and where ya go

cost also depends if you doing it urself or paying somone , ull need some big circlip pliers, a press etc, to assemble the reduction box to the adapter.

All up it took me about 1 day to install + time for driveshaft mods,
now i know what im doing i could prolly knock it over in half a day in a pretty basic workshop.

You'll also need to cut a largeish hole in the floor for the second shift, and dependsing what sort of seats u have and a center console there are some diff ways to do it
i got bucket seats and a 4runner center console, so i made a dog leg shifter so it comes up though the lil bowl infont of the box.

Just a Toyota Hilux 4x4 with a few mods, nothing too extreme.

I have a brand spanking new Marks dual transfer adaptor with everything in the box except the instruction booklet (I lost it  there is better instruction on the net anyway) for sale for $495.
Brand new and $100 cheaper than Marks retail.
