no orings on swivel caps

Just pulled my GU swivel bearings and found no O-rings on bearing caps but the groove is there. there is a seal of sorts near the bearing. Does any one know if this is right or have I been ripped. No O-rings in swivel kit either.

One would think so. Even my MK had seals on the bearing caps
