Round 1 entries are looking good. They are still several spaces left.
I keep hearing rumors about several "so an so's" entering Round 1. Make it easier on me please and send in your entry or at least TALK TO ME first. The main reason for this is catering and trophies, as I need to feed you all and give you something for your efforts.
I would hate to have to turn you away if I have a full field.
All for now, see you at Round i
1.

Always make the trip up from Brisbane for this one!!! Awesome to watch especially the Friday night runs. Although this time I will finally have my own 4wd to go up in . If I see you guys around I will definately come and say hello. As for the man with the rangie. Saw you at landcruiser in november...awesome drive mate it looked bloody hot in there!!! Some of those stages were just brutal! Looking forward to the increase in difficulty as it makes for a great sport to watch and the skill level of all competitors is awesome to see!!!!

sure am!! That was some full on stages! Hehehe, awesome to watch though. Well driven I say! How did you guys end up? You had some hard core guard to tyre issues. Anyways, see you all there in two weeks
I was Looking at the dates of the XI & the 3rd round in NSW. They are pretty close to each other I guess if I have the same body damage as 2005 XI I'll have to buy a lot of 1000 mile an hour tape
Yeah i was diving the Rangie gaurds and tires thats not a problem. The fact i had no power steering was a major problem. I had to navigate for one stage because my arms were to cramped up to drive. Mav Rover will be driving at round one because i have to work. I might see you in rocky for round two. Cheers

No offence to you Mr tuff rover, but it looked pretty funny watching you struggle with the steering wheel on the saturday...you looked straight at me as if to say please help..arms tired..cant turn wheel..what was the problem? Did you have a hose let go or something. Sorry to hear that you wont be there but i will certainly follow the truck around the weekend for sure
When i look back at it now is pretty funny. I would have loved to have watched it. I probably wanted you to come help me. The pump and box are bothed stuffed. Box only just got rebuilt . But thats racing hey. Hopefully it will run alright for mav rover so he too can beat Tuf355. (Sorry Bob).

Well it would not be hard to win when the best compititor in Australia Normy Walters was not competing. Well it just proves if you and your sponsors throw enough money at something youll end up winning. Good on Laurie and the Seimens Brothers. But Bob tuf355 is a real stand out having only raced a few times. Congrats Mate well done

I would like to thank all competitors, officials, sponsors and spectators for making this another great event.
Over the weekend the teams drove and acted professionally and the top Teams had no vehicle problems and drove a great race.
Congratulations to Mani & Kevin for a very honest win.
