Okay Im hopeing for some help with A problem. me being a Suzuki driver know nothing about Patrols.
My Mate being very New to 4wd's and putting Premium unleaded(90L worth) in it Being A 2.8 Turbo Diesel it has not liked this. Anyway we need to drain the Tank and Gregorys has mislead us so far as to saying there is a drain plug underneath the tank protector and there isnt. What can we do. i would really like to avoid taking the tank out, and i cant get the Jiggler syphon down the filler as it seems to be getting stuck at the neck of the tank. Does anyone know what to do? is there a anti drain back in the tank or am I just missing something for this drain plug.
Its a Patrol 97 LWB Coil all round 2.8L Turbo Diesel . Any hints would really help thanks

Draining Fuel 2.8Turbo Help...?
wife did the same thing to my GQ ages ago.. no drain plug either...
pull the fuel hose off the injector pump and put it into bucket and prime away until all the fuel is out.. it'll take a fair while.. but thats the only way uunless you want to go overboard and take the fuel tank out.
If you have put too much unleaded fuel in it... siphone it out of the fuel tank filler until none comes out and then prime it out thru the primer to get the remaining fuel out then fill it completely right up with diesel via jerry cans.
