HILUX DIFF SWAP ?

Post by darkor »

HEY ALL,

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING MY HILUX AND WAS WONDERING IF THE FRONT DIFF CENTER FROM AN 84 LUX WILL FIT INTO THE FRONT OF A 93 MODEL. ANY ONE HAVE AN IDEA IF THE AXLE SPLINES AND HOUSING BOLT PATTERNS ARE THE SAME.

ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT.

IS YOUR TRUCK INDEPENDANT FRONT END OR IS IT A SOLID AXLE?

IF ITS A SOLID AXLE THEN THEY ARE INTERCHANGEABLE.

Thanks. :D
