I have the same problem with mine :? & farked if I know why . Also, whilst I'm sure you're probably aware :?. I'm pretty sure the with the CHEEZY bars, insurance companies won't cover you if you have one on . I was thinking of getting one from ON TRACK 4X4 but was told that my vehicle won't be covered because I couldn't prove they're compatable with airbags :x. As good as they are, I didn't think it was worth risking it....... Then again if you've already gone out & got yourself a big lift, running on 35s & whatever else the RTA doesn't like us having, you might aswell go with the Cheezy bar ;). That's my 2 cents worth anyway :)

What happens when you drive down the wrong side of the road, does it pull right ie camber of the road affecting steering.
When you say castor is corrected, what castor are you running?
If you give the left more castor then the right it will neutrulize or pull right, maybe 1 to 2 degrees

A guy at work has the same problem with his GU. After a lot of research he found that his wheelbase isn't square. The distance between the right side and left side wheels differ. From the factory!
He found out with a guy at a truck align place after they measured every thing to try to work out what was wrong with the pulling to the left syndrome.

Have a measure and compare.

generally it's just road camber causing it. Landies do the same thing, and if I drive my Defender down the wrong side of the road, it steers to the right, as does SWMBO's GU.
Lengthening the wheelbase on the LHS with a slightly thicker radius arm bush can stop the pulling to the left, as can more castor on the LHS.
Super Pro make a radius arm bush for coil sprung Landies to correct this. Give them a call, thay may have something for the Patrol as well.

Are you running a return to centre steering dampner?
If they're not adjusted right, they'll pull to one side.

A couple have been improved by a large washer in the GU left front radius arm, next to the big nut shape bit. About 10 to 12mm.
Bigger tyres can accetuate the prob.

From factory they come with not enough left to right split in the castor to counteract the camber pull on Australian roads. The stronger case construction and straighter sidewalls of your better quality tyre brands have a tendency of accentuating the natural desire to go left.
Can take some playing around to sort them out.

Cheers,
Ryano
