removing leafs from spring packs

where should i remove leafs for better articulation longer top leaves or the shorter bottom leaves. ive taken the 3rd and 4th leaves out and its doesnt seem to have make much difference, the car ia bj73 with a 1hz 2inch in springs and extened shackles and 35's the springs orginally had 8 leafs in them maybe i should take a shorter one as well thanks shrek

Not too sure about your model but the shorter load bearing leaves are usually the best to junk if you're after some more articulation. Worked for my 40 anyway.
