Some new bits on my Paj!

Post by hudson44 »

Hey guys... Done a couple of things to my Paj and thought i might post them up.

Removed the 1" spring spacers from the rear about a month ago and fit 2" lifted springs. Had a brain wave and thought bugger it and put the spacers in as well. So i have 3" lift on the rear and front T-bars cranked and bump stops chopped. Still running standard shocks but all seems pretty good, and sits pretty high too!

Also bought myself a Uniden UH089 uhf from a mob in Perth. If you guys are looking for anything electrical try the guys http://www.prestigecom.net.au/ Deffinately the cheapest going round, and recieved the goods the next day from Perth!!

Here's some pics of the CB...

No problems with the mic getting in the way? I had my mic in there, and was always hitting it with my knee. Next time the Paj went to a mechanic it came back with the clip broken. :x

My mic sits in the centre console now. :?

Hudson44,

Have a same model UHF & works well. One big problem though :bad-words: . Noticed from your pics the position of the small stick, so presume an auto, so when you put in 4wdLL, stick rubs up hard against cable which runs to mic.. After awhile can loosen wires, so just be careful.

Cheers
