Major Dilemma
Anybody tell me ho w to adjust a handbrake on a 75 series ute???
Best way is to pull the drum off and work where the adjuster is (dead centre bottom) and work out which way it turns (mostly the adjuster turns up and away from you so as you put the screw driver on it you push the handle down) some people if the adjuster is seized some pull it out and put it back wrong so best to check.

I don't beleive 75's came with disc brake rears, so someone has fitted it later.
You either have a small set of brake shoes inside the disc or
you have a drum on the rear of the tranfer case, or
you may have a mechanical disc on the back of the transfer or
if it is that far out of adjustment that it doesn't work at all, maybe you don't have one

Cable bracing is the way of the future!

pretty sure most of the the models from 97 onwards have rear disc end
If you pull the wheel off you should (maybe) see a black groumet pop that out and turn the disc till the hole is at the bottom and slide a screwdriver in the hole till you feel a wheel flick the wheel up or down (cant remember) till the drum locks up and then back off the little wheel till the drum turns (poss 3-4 clicks)
Repeat for other side
