Define worn out?

My one has a bit of play in it.. but its nothing major and even on the freeway it drives nicely.
Insert witty comment here..

I had a new/reco steering box wear out real quick, too.
But I've had them last ages, as well.
I assume adjustment has already been looked at?
I filled mine with 50% grease and 50% gear oil
It lasted much longer and leaked less.

adjustments been wound up & has about 20mm play where pitman arm attaches, have been to local power steering joint in cairns and they reckon about $250 to reco if it isn't stuffed, local suziworks want $225 for a leaky second hand one,bit steep i thought, will get it recoed & see how that goes, havent driven a suzuki before so i don't know what they handle like.

I'm selling mine (trying :? ), mine was F*#ked, my brother (diesel fitter) helped me pull it apart, and we found a bearing had dissapeared like a fart in a fan factory, not really it was dead thow, we got a couple of new bearings and gave it a good clean out, and good as new. Seriously it's 100% better, only cost $30 to fix.

Be careful pulling it apart, remember how it goe's back together. ;)
