If you come to Spider Hill we will be the town ,as it has a pub a gen store, a footy ground and a primary school and 60 residents and thats itPOS wrote:This is awesome, i really want us to do something like this in Bathurst!Lil' Rich wrote:I can't reply on how the lawsuit is going, but what I can say is that we are going to run our 2006 year like nothing ever happened. And so far it is the best year we have had to date. Our First event, April 7-9, will be amazing.
We are shutting down two blocks of Downtown Globe (the town the event is in) for a Street Party and Fair.
We are introducing classes at each event to help teams pull in more sponsors.
And we are having one hell of a Party/pub crawl on our tech and registration day.
It's gonna be a blast.

Any one else off here besides competitors planning on going??
How about sending over Roothy and Pat as well so that you boys can make a Las Vegas DVD. You know...Milo and Otis do The Strip.
That's the main street in Vegas - not Roothy and Pat taking off...well, you know what I mean.
Roothy may have to shave that beard though...I think they are still a bit sensitive about dodgy looking blokes with long facial hair.

I know what you mean, I once wrote an intro line about roothy pole dancing and I haven't been able to shake the image since...Micka wrote:That's awesome, Mudnutmudnut wrote:4WD Monthly will be there, so you'll get to see itbasketcase wrote:Whats it like for spectators there??

I will try to get the coverage in as soon as possible in early 2007. We are in the process of shortening our lead time by bringing previously external production jobs in house.
And I would have thought it's better to have coverage than not at all. Especially since Aussie teams are heading o/s for what is probably the first time in any number.
aren't you forgetting the countless aussie competitors that frequent the malaysian, indo and nz events ?mudnut wrote:I know what you mean, I once wrote an intro line about roothy pole dancing and I haven't been able to shake the image since...Micka wrote:That's awesome, Mudnutmudnut wrote:4WD Monthly will be there, so you'll get to see itbasketcase wrote:Whats it like for spectators there??
