Will you still use a cable damper when you use syn rope?
Just interested to see if people do or dont.

i dont use a damper,
but i look after the rope like, removing the rope after a trip and washing it .
i also don't have the rope on the car unless i'm going on a trip, this is to protect it from the sun's damaging UV's.

this allows me to inspect the rope as i'm removing it or putting back on.

if you take care of it, it sould last longer. but it wont last for ever :!:

I personally recon that that is down right stupid. For the sack of 20seconds to put a dampner on its worth it. Even if syntethic doesn;t store energy :?
bundy's suck ass
LWB patrol's are where its at!
