wondering if the 1JZ-GTE 2.5 twin turbo would fit (or pull) an 80 series cruiser or a 75 cruiser.....it would be just for fun as i can get the motor cheap and pimp it pretty cheap aswell. any suggestions appreciated, remember dont flame me i just want to know how it would go
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown

yes it would fit in, bolt straight up no....

its a pretty small motor in the scheme of things to be hauling a heavy ass 80 around, id say ud kill it pretty quick

they are a very strong motor and are quite torquey but might not have the low down you are after. however they have bulletproof bottom ends that can take alot of boost an make alot of power.
you could also turbo you 4.5 petrol (assuming thats what u have). i know of a bloke who is running 10's in a toyota crown with a 4.5 landcruiser engine in it and a big farking turbo.
2JZGE might be a better option than a 1J.

Goes extremely well in my 1700kg Bundy. But lugging round 2+ tonne 80 series landcruiser would be a bit of a task.

Screw the zook, put one in a bundy :D

Yep stock turbos. Make stacks of low down boost, no lag. If youve ever driven a 1JZ Soarer youd know what im talking about.
