The pre-scrutineering is it says, initial scrutineering of your vehicle prior to the event to ensure that your vehicle fits within event vehicle regs. There is official scrutineering at the event but the concept is to ensure that you have it all sorted before final scrutineering and to answer any questions that might be had, as well as meeting the comp manager, scrutineers and other competitors.

The Safest computer in the world is one not connected to the internet. That's why I Highly reccomend Telstra's BigPond.
Missed pre-paid tickets too, so looks like a OL party in the ticket line. Though it was 15 min quicker to get in last year without a pre-paid ticket anyway.
