Post by LuxyBoy »

Hi All,

I noticed a slight surface rust patch on my left front chassis rail and want to get it fixed quick smart.
Can anyone recommend a good quality and light on the wallet place?
I am near Logan

If there is no actual metal(rust) that is flaking off and no pinholes in the chassis, then just sand properly, paint it with a good cold galvanising paint (97% zinc or more), and when that is cured paint it with some chassis black.
