dont get me wrong grimbo, im not having a go at ARB at all, i know there are alot of cost involved in a company, i just dont think my car warrants such expenses on a bar..

arb are top knotch, we dont have any mammal down here big enough that my bar isnt going to stop, ive never hit an animal, and never see them around.

but dont have a go at people that make tube bars because they cant afford an ARB bar.

$60 protection is better then no protection, and 4mm thick 50mm pipe fully welded and braces to proper chassis points and high tensile bolts, thats not bad for 60bucks.. i think its actually stronger then a zooks chassis rails

yeah sorry, not having a go at people who can't afford them and make their. Good on them for having the ability and the go to do it. I just find it annoying when people moan about businesses having to charge for specialty items.

grimbo you do have a valid point ....and so does Spike-Sierra and grimo you are a gentleman and a scholar... The fun about this "hobby" "lifestyle" is you can either have go and make on the cheap or you can dig deep.. We live in a country where freedom of choice still prevails.
my 2 cents worth..
I could not afford the ARB and I cant make one as I not ept so bought one from NSW off ebay for $151....
