whats my car worth???? 1988 GQ LWB wagon - 7" lift

Post by TinyGQ »

Hey there, im hoping to get a little feedback as to what people think i may expect for my car. I got a new job with a company car and im sick of lookin at al lthe debt i have lol!! Plan is to get outta debt an then start again with another project.

As stated above its a 1988 GQ LWB with a td42 diesel,

approx 250000ks

body not too clean at the moment but i think i may give it a bit of a spray job to make it look a lil nicer.

aftermarket ORI front and rear bars, front lockrite locker (been in car for about 6 months, used about 5 times), 35x12.5x15 BFG Att terrains still over 60% tread, front bonnet guard, snorkel

7" lift, kingsprings/rancho rear (less than 6 months old) not sure on front (look same as rancho without adjustments also near new) adjustable panhards front and rear, castor plates, extended brake lines and diff breathers, extended brake bias, new washer water bottle, Pioneer cd player, sub/amp, power steering

Comes with complete turbo kit including 3" dump pipe (less exhaust and exhaust manifold), spare power steering pump, spare rear diff disc/disc, spare air cond pump, fan blade other parts that i cant think of lol

So if anyone is still reading after all of that a general idea of what you think it may be worth would be greatly appreciated. Paint job looks better in pic than in real life and its shown with the old muds on it.

Before I read this, while I was reading the first bit of info, that is the exact same figure that popped into my head.

But depending on your timeframe for sale you might need to be prepared to go a bit lower.

They look good in yellow I reckon.

I think sell the bits seperately, and flog it as a stocky..

You may get $11k, but as said depends on how long you wanna sit on it. its maybe worth it, but finding a buyer that wants an old GQ with bits is what matters. there have been similar GQs on here over time for $10k, but 94mds etc.
