I'm looking at puting a lexus v8 into my 80 has any body done it that can help? any photo's?

would be better to get the larger v8 from the 100series as it is designed witha 4wd in mind (low down torque etc).

in that case you should be able to get a bellhousing to bolt it to your current gearbox.

i know they put them in lux's but not sure about 80's
Holden or laxatives? I pick laxatives, at least I'm guaranteed the sh*ts gonna run !!!

Yeah the guy in rocky did it with the auto its now supercharged very nice job to he made the adapter out of 1inch alloy plate i think modified the output shaft. If u r keepeing the 5spd it wouldnt be that hard usual other stuff sump etc..
