OK I forgot to ask cheezy today about the stopping rule.

However I`m certain if you tell him at drivers briefing werock doesn`t run it anymore then he will drop it as he doesn`t want to be linched for having rules etc different to werock and things ending up like in the USA.

As I type this Glen Dobbin and Sam in my shed cutting up an axle and welding it back together, if I had my camera here I would take some pics and post up it is some funny booty fab shit to the max

I don`t know scores but I think Bally would be in front with the ABT boys not to far behind then I think Cal would be next.

Only roll over today was Nam on the 4th stage. Considering how hard the stages are and only 1 roller for the day speaks for itself as to how good everybody is driving.

Just spoke to Pete Antunac -

They had 6 competitors, said the terrain was unbelievable, courses were fairly difficult.

Antunac first on about 50 points
ABT second on about 150ish
Cal third on about 200ish

Fairly difficult yesterday......today was always gonna be harder.....we used Bonus Line on S2 as a main line today on S3.

Awesome drives by all. N*A*M getting vertical was one of many highlights.

Had a great time and hope you Banana Benders will make it down for next event.

i'm back at home now. i'm loving the short-ish drive home from the border!

it was a great comp. the terrain is harder than anything previously done in australian competition. the bar has been set. there are some awesome cracks and slabs around.

course design was mostly good because the all of the good stuff was used for course. they'd be the same things that i would try it if i had a chance to play around on such a property. trees (live and dead) caused us some grief but i won't go into that now.

i'm just happy that i didn't break a single thing until the recovery after we'd finished the final course. it was too hot to do any work. the short towing distance and minimal breakage kept my competition costs to under $500. that is awesome for the little guys! also speaking of awesomeness and little guys, it turns out i have a fan club of little kids from around the area. :D

Must say what a an AWSUM event. Was the hardest and most fun i have ever had at a comp.We had a few breakages on the Saturday and as Guts said Glen and I had to fab a new axle for the Sunday and it held up fine.
Cheezy did an awsum job with all aspects of the comp a huge congrats and thankyou.
He has definately lifted the bar as far as rock crawling comps go.

What a great event.... Great job Cheezy & the crew behind it.

Tracks were awsome, terrain was easy to impossible with many variations.

Had my 1st roll over which was an experience that was only a matter of time before it happened.. I was pushing the new buggy to its limit all weekend & past its limit once....... All in all I am very happy with its performance & strength. Definately seems to be taking the punishment that I give it.

Points for the weekend:
1st - OPW / +88
2nd - PIP / +179
3rd - Cal / +280-290
4th - Overkill / +290-310
5th - NAM
6th - Rod

Pip and I were hot on each others tail all weekend.....

Pip & Tim. Great to meet you guys.. look forward to seeing you guys at the next event.
Your buggy is absolutely awsome & so, so farking strong.... with a few minor tweeks, with the power steer & maybe some more steer lock, I'm definately certain that he & I will be putting on many great competitive performances for the rest of the year.........

Cal & Maurice, Someone has allready said it, The Quite Acheivers....
Top driving all weekend, can't wait to see you in action with the new buggy.

Sam Keck, sort out the bugs & you definately be in the running.... Other than the carnage great driving, just get out to my place for some more practice............more than welcome.....

NAM, Great driving from you, thank god for your front bar coz without that you were gone on the last stage, that was unbeleivable.... Great controlled drivng all weekend which was why you did not break anything.... Carlton also, great team effort from you both.

Rod, Send me some footage jumping your rig, it is very ssshhmick...
Pitty about the carnage but in it there was some great driving... & plenty of right foot..........

Tuff Truck prep for me over the next few weeks, & then more buggy prep for WeRock Rnd 1..........

What a year it is going to be.........
