Well we are in the middle of putting lux axels and springs under a Zook, we also wanna put a hilux box on the bac of the 4AGE. wil lit fit under there..??

Has anyone done this??

Yes, this has been done before. I don't know about the details but I think it may be a bit of a tight fit with no bodylift or trimming of the tunnel/floor pan. Bentzook has a couple of these in his thing, and also has a 3" bodylift.

hey cranky
hows it going ??

dellow adaptors & the rod shop do a bellhousing kit
for the lux to 4age block :cool:

unless you do body lift and or tunnel mods like markil mentioned

you will need to run the box & transfer case low in the chassis
the hilux drive lines to big for the std tunnel
it will need to hang down lower in the zook chassi
than it does in a hilux.



ive had a 22re drive line sitting in my zook as a dummy fit
but mind you im doing a flat belly so its sitting up alot more then needed

got some pics to give you an idea

At some stage you`re going to need to modify that crossmember so the driveshaft can fit.

it was just a DUMMY FIT while doing my four link rear

thanks Daryl.. that does help...

we are prolly gunan put a 2" body lift in it.. was worried i might have to do more.. but looks like 2" should be sweet.. thanks mate :)
