Duck, did you blow the inlet/ outlet of the tank ? may have those wasps that like to make mud nests in small holes.

Find a place where you can disconnect the fuel line say..... near the fuel filter and suck the petrol up though the line

but..... be careful dont suck it up to fast or you get a mouth full of petrol

This is what i had to do to my Landcruiser, i dont know if the rangies are different though??

Or just disconnect at the filter( engine bay) and switch ignition on and see if it pumps, are you using the fuel tap ?

Have you disconnected the fuel line at the inlet side of the filter and turned the ignition on, like Loanrangie said? If you are getting fuel there, check your filter for blockages.

If not, disconnect the fuel line from the outlet of the pump, turn the ignition on and see if fuel comes out there. If so, obviously something is wrong between there and the filter.

If not, check that you have your hoses on the right outlets on the tank. Also, fill a jar with fuel, put a bit of hose from the fuel pump inlet into the jar, and another from the pump outlet back into the jar, then turn ignition on, to check if the pump is actually pumping.

Duck, i distinctly remember telling you and your brother to put 1/2 a litre of fuel in it to flush out the crap since it has been sitting under my house for 6 years ! :D

Glad it turned out to something simple.
