Weird Issues with Illuminated Switches
Weird Issues with Illuminated Switches
Hey all, got a weird issue with the switches in my 4 dr '94 Vitara. The illuminated switches for my:Fog lamps, Rear windscreen washer arent working. The strange thing is, the other day, the lighd on the left hand side switches were working (rear wiper & washer) , then i took the car to get its timing done, and now one of the rear switches illuminates, and the rear defogger switch illuminates as well. Anyone else had this issue. ill update with a pic, so u understand easier when i get a chance, thanks

I had a similar issue. None of mine worked so I swapped the bulbs from one side to the other and now half of them work.
You cant buy the bulbs! Suzuki will only sell you the whole assembly. Narva etc, dont make that size bulb and the specialist electronics places (Jaycar etc) were no help either. My father in law had some globes he bought in the 70's for a model railway that fitted so I was lucky.
Good luck. All I can offer is to fiddle with them and they may come good.
Cheers
