only 2 probs i see with that, only does up to 2.9mm wall, and can it do angle notches? or only straight?
I looked at one of these and even tried it out.Not the greatest and i can buy a lot of holesaws for the price of one of those.
To do anything over a light wall pipe you need to put a extension on the handle and swing off the bastard.Then if it gets a regular work out there is the price of getting the blades sharpened.

You could probally use an old lathe. Cutter in the cuck and vice and vertical slide on the toolslide, just take small cuts

Speedwerx knotchers are cool. I have 5 people using it all day 6 days a week. I have been using it for 4 years and have only changed the bearings twice.
Use a fine tooth holesaw and we get over 200 knotches EZ.

Some hole saws are better than others. We always use a cutting compound (trefolux (sp?)).

trefolex is still on the market, crc still makes it and most places still stock it
