Cheapest way would be to find one at a wreckers, if you can find one.

Could also try the repair method.

Try a Local Motor Trimmer or Panel Beater, they may either have the ability or know of someone with proper plastic welding equipment to weld it back together or could just try glueing it back together neatly yourself. Then just go to a motor trimmer for a scrap bit of grey marine carpet to fill the hole in to cover the majority of the damage.

Ok ok, 1st a question, your moving furniture, so, with all the ROOM in a feroza right, you decide to put some of that furniture, on the drivers sear :?

Ok, enought mocking, a workable solution :D First rule of Booty fab, Did you break something? - Yes... Can it be Fixed? - No.... Bummer, ok, so next step, can ir be coverd? - YES   .... I hear you can get chequerplate alloy in really THIN sheets now, so just tack the plastic into originall shape with superglue, stick sum double sided sticky rubber stuff (calrk rubber?) and stick the metal on top of it

Too hard? Go spend $66 at the wreckers :D , sorry.

It might help that Rocky's have the exact same little bit so could get it off one of them too.

I will keep thinking for ya.......

Yes, they are interchangable between Rockys and Ferozas, but the problem is the age of any of these vehicles, and the amount of sun exposure, they are all pretty brittle. You could get lucky, and get one out of a vehicle that has been garaged most of its life.

The next problem is- To remove this tray you MUST remove the entire dashboard to get it out. There are three screws that go up from underneath (above the ash tray) and into the bottom front edge of the tray, AND there are three screws that go from the back side of the dashboard into the lip of the tray where it disappears into the dash.
I have cracked a couple in the past, my present one is cracked.

I have seen one nicely bootyfabbed from some ply and 10mm sq pine, then filler, sanded, and painted black. This is probably the route I am going to take with mine, but its not the highest of priorities at the moment.

stick a bit of carpet that matches your dash mat on it.
