Ive searched the bibles and come up with zip! I wanna DIY my lwb wagon into an extra cab ute, but before i get the 9inch out I was wanting to know if there are any secretes I need to know so I dont stuff it up! Some progress photos of other chops maybe helpful.

I'm keen on doing the same thing to my wagon.
what I did was browse through every member's rig that had 'the chop' and printed out the photos as large as I could (so I know how to not stuff up so badly)
All you need then is to make friends with a really good welder, and give yousrself some time to make it a good job and not rushed
If you're doing it as a 'weekends only' thing (as in only work on it on weekends) do it in stages..
strip
cut (measure sixteen times, cut once)
WELD!
grind/sand
primer/paint
put interior back in
tray
find someone to do mod plate
also helps to befriend people with extra cabs at competitions etc and have a peek at their cab and don't be afraid to ask questions (thanks Ludacris)
