looking at a 1995 3l td surf are these any diferent from the older 2.4 model suspension and driveline wise and is the 3l the same engine that in the prado?

Both the later model surf and the prado use a 1KZ-TE
95 model surf will be a kzn-130, you can also get a later model again which is a kzn-185 which has a very similiar chassis and suspension setup to a Prado (from memory) have a look at the surf site above
if it ain't broke send it to me i'll fix it!
