Flashing 4wd lights in a 2001 Challenger

Post by 1Tuffrover »

Hey Guys just seeing if anyone else has had this problem with their challenger. And if so how did you go about fixing it. The vehicle is still under warranty. I just got it back after the gear shifter was replaced.
Thanks for all your advice

Cheers

If the gear shifter was just replaced I'll bet some dufus dislodged / didn't reconnect a switch on the transfer case.

Take it back and tell them to fix their mistake.

Cheers,

Scott

I also had this problem whilst under warranty - they said it was a selector switch inside the transfer case was not working properly - aparrently there are a number of switches inside the case. You can see them if you stick your head under the car there are a few sensor plug around them.

Take it back and get them to fix it, it can sometimes cause problems with the autolocking hubs.
