What would my 60 be worth?

Post by Mark2 »

60 Series seem to have a huge price range - I've seen them for between 2 and 15k! I've been thinking of selling mine to make way for another project and some ideas on a price would help me make a decision whether to keep it or not. Its a 1986 G Pack, 2H diesel, 275k km, body is pretty much rust free - has been an inland car most of its life, the original paint has some chips and rubs on it, Has a couple of inches of lift and the chrome G pack rims, with some near new muddies, front lockrite diff. No air con.

I was thinking of advertising it for around $5500 and hoping to get 5k. Is this realistic?

Yeah that doesnt sound to unrealistic for something that is in reasonable condition!

Why doesnt the air con work?

Mine did!!! And it still shocks everyone when they try to hang shiat on me about it too. I just wind the windows up, crank the air con and drive away in comfort :finger: :finger: .
When in doubt..... UTE-ERIZE it!!!

You're right. But mine was removed by the previous owner - he put it on his brothers car just before selling it

Mine had air also, and worked a treat. But it had to go to make way for the supercharger... Any one want to buy an A/C kit from a 60 series?....
