These were made using combination of milling and sand casting and lots of grinding and sanding.

What are u doing with these, they are gona make a fair few i gather? Are u supplying these to a aftermarket company?

We will not make many.. Probably a 100 sets a year or so.. TJs are not common here and these are for CJ-TJ conversions mainly.

Salaam ehsan,

do you use high UV tolerant plastic for the lenses or is that too hard to come by. I am guessing that you may even make your own plastic granules. :D

I have not seen them make the indicators yet but I am sure there is no special plastic that they use.
