Well I finally installed the electric water pump and controller and it all works like a charm  .
This heat soak people talk about is real and a big thing, I have the switch wire hooked up to the acc and after u switch the engine off the pump still runs and switches on & off at different speeds for a good couple of minutes afterwards. I have the thermo switch wire hooked up to the acc as well but it never turned on while the engine was off.

Had no trouble getting up to temp, the controller is good from 85-105 deg and if u want hotter they supply a resistor for u to place in the system. Just let it heat up to around 100deg then turn the screw till the pump kicks in, easy. Tried to set the fan to 105 but with the electric pump as soon as it starts pumping the temp drops straight away, might have something with the huge 3 core radiator and 6 meters of pipe work :D . Will have to fine tune it when the zuk has drive shafts so I can load the engine up and get some real heat into the system.

So far so good

Sounds good- any pics of the install? How did you end up mounting the temp sensor for the controller?

There a few pics in the members section under iron boar. Unfortunately I mounted the sensor the way they say to, wrap the sensor with the copper wire they supply (to stop the sensor from flowing down the pipe) and stick it under the hose. I mounted the controller in the glove box. All the wires were long enough to reach everything :) . It was an easy install and worked first time with out having to mod anything  .

Can’t take any more pics as DeWsE has just taken my camera with him to TTC.

I was going to keep the stock pump but with the engine running it was spinning the electric water pump enough to create a voltage, I had a volt meter pluged inline with the pump so I could see what it was doing at different temps.
