Can you buy replacement brush packs for the stock alternator?

Others that it I have seen allow you to remove the brush, but these appear to be a replacement only style with the holder.

Anybody got a part number?

I just went to an auto lecky with the old brush, cost me a < coupla bucks I think
If it's already been thought of...
There has to be a better way...

Thanks, anyone else got any ideas? Repco didnt have a brush small enough.
