Thanks in advance..

twin transfer cas for GQ
Have you considered the dual transfer case from Marks:

Have you thought about just getting transfer case gears first??
Costs less (with duals you have to have the front drive shaft lengthened and the rear one shortened). Gears also mean everything under the car stays as it is now. Mark's Gearmaster gears, of which I have a set in my Mav', offer an 85% (3.74:1 instead of the std 2.02:1) reduction with alot less hassle. Duals would give you 4.08:1.
Also, if you still wanted to get duals later, if one of the cases has an extra low gearset already, you get super duper low (7.55:1) as well as standard low (2.02:1) and Gearmaster alone low (3.74:1).
Three low ranges instead of just two, that you would have if you went straight to duals.
Just my 2c worth

I understand that the 2.8 gearbox is slightly lighter duty than the box which is bolted up to the td42 and tb42's. Not saying it is inherantly week rather that this is secondhand knowledge that has been passed onto me -- smaller lighter duty etc..
Fitting duals would most likely require a custom adaptor not sure if anyone has done duals in a 2.8 gq. Custom adaptor, Custom Crossmember, driveshafts and body shoehorning all add up $$$$$$.
As is mentioned above perhaps consider crawler gears ? Do you really need that lower reduction afforded from two cases ? But if your money is burning holes in your pockets thenn...
