Why no warranty? Did they mention a reason?

Buy some 4inch Dobinson springs.

they don't warranty on them because of their size and aplicationn is for off road use only....

if you go off road alot being constantly compressed and stretched of course they're gonna sag

The long King springs are only rated at 250lbs and for articulation only. They aren't designed to cary the regular heavy FWD.

All springs will sag if they don't have a load rating suitable for the size and weight of your vehicle.
Generally, a Patrol or Landcruiser will need around 275-325lbs depending on the amount of accessories fitted.

ive had 7" Kings in my 80 for around 2 years now.. the fornt ones are still fine.. and i have repalced the rears, but I would expect them to wear out as it flexs crap loads and gets a VERY hard work out.. but saying that it only sagged an 1nch and that was on one side.

Is there any body out there that knows where and what could solve the problem i got, dodsons, lovells ,kings that arent made of sagging type of metal. If so who to talk to or where to buy.

There's a strong possibility that conventional springs cannot solve your problem.

You want long springs to give you good articulation. This means you need a low spring rate so that the weight of your vehicle can actually compress your long spring that far. Low spring rates is another way of saying "weak spring" - which you then put a lot of weight on, and compress it a long way. I'm guessing you're exceeding it's limit for elastic deformation, which is probably unavoidable with conventional coil springs made from conventional material.

Good luck,

Scott

Again, why do you need 7inch lift?

Your only running 35's... Stick with a 4inch lift a size where you can get qualitys springs that will last. 4inch is more than enough for 35's and you may have a chance of getting it engineered and legal.

In my business of fitting supensions i have often removed king springs which have not done the job. did a prado yesterday and new springs lifted the rear by 50mm over the king springs. used lovells springs. In seven year years have not had a problem with lovells.

Dobinsons are good springs as well. I am not knocking king springs they make good springs too. I just seem to remove a lot of kings. I think the problem is people buy the springs & then add more weight to the fourby & the old springs can't cope.
The 3"- 4/5"- 6/7" coils i use are custom made & are a proven product.

Get 10" (if possible) and wait for em to sag :D , if 7" is the highest u can buy then just get spacers and hope for the best. Even if its settles to around 6" with spacers thats high enuf :?

Generally if springs sag they are wrong spec for vehicle and use. A flexy long travel spring "Will" sag easier than a heavier wire one. An extended bump stop will help take off some of the strain of a compressed spring by limiting compression.
People wouldnt buy a stiff 7" spring though so you just replace them for a couple of hundred every now and then. Thats just how it is if you want to go to these extremes. Ball, joints, wheel bearings, etc etc all get more wear as you go up in tyre and height. Its all a compromise.

hmmm, I had this problem 13 years ago with 5" & 6" OAL 2.25" ID coil overs from Kings....looks like they still don't have their heat treatment right.... (although their rates were spot on)

A good spring won't take a set or lean like a drunken sailor.

Lovells learnt a hell of a lot about springs when they were the Eibach importers a decade ago and they'd been in the game for something like fifty years prior to taking the Eibach deal.
The old National Springs (is this now Monroe ???) also knew how to make a very, very good spring.
