Has anyone done a solid axle conversion into a f300 narrow track, if so whats involved.

All of the SAS conversions I'm aware of have been to Widetracks. Don't see any reason why it should be any more difficult on the Narrowtrack. IIRC, it's only the control arms that are a bit longer and there is a slight difference in the front crossmember.
