only the vertise and vandan plas after 1984. loanrangie,
They didn't fit them to camiras,Camiras are a front wheel drive tottaly diferent setup. Dazz and crushy are just haven some fun with me,
But they did fit them in an amazing variety of things, 4s 6s 8s,
That fact gives a great range of convertor stalls striaght from the wreckers, It wil work fine for my pos , hopfully being between 1300,1400 kgs,any heavyer and th350, or c4 jatco would be the go.
And a rebiuld kit only costs about $100.
some of the vehicles were , holden v8 6 from HT 1970 thru to VK 1984
toranas,v8s 6 and the stafire four, geminis , peugot v6,toyota xt130 which runs the holden starfire, suzuki vitara the first of the autos that where a 3 speed uses these with an attached transfer, these are some there are more. ;)
Just as a matter of interest ,the motor used in the illfated camira was a GM family 11 ,this motor was used in dozens of vehicles worldwide, and was one of gms big sellers , Pulsars ,astras, calibras , oldsmobile ,toyota camry , and numerous others, rumour has it even within a vn comodore in nz.
From 1600 thru 2200 cc , in 2 valve single cam thru to 4 valve twin cam,
Even the most unlikley gross vehicle in the world may have one decent part as for the camira yes it does have a couple of bits worth a look ,
The last of them used multi piont injection by delco , and the fuel pumps where the same as the vn im told, delco ecu can be recalibrated useing the kalmaker soft ware , :cool

Daewoo Cielo's also ran the Camira engine. This is a bolt in replacement for a camira but you need to use the Daewoo engine crossmember.

they are in fact a diffrent motor, but along the same lines, similar to a '94 350 chev is similar, but also very different to a '74 350 chev. or like comparing a hq 5.0 and a vs 5.0. the cam and crank bearings are the same, the timing set, sump gasket, oil pump, and cam retainer are about the only things the same. and yes in fact the camira was a th 180. and no the th 180 never was in a holden rwd car. that was the aussie trimatic.

Your a little mixed crushy, Th180 is a rear wheel drive unit.
The boxes your quoting are a front wheel drive box probly a TH125 this is a front wheel drive gm box, and probly the weak chian drive primary.
Not that this matters to me i know what to order my bits for :)
