How do you take of Landcruiser fibreglass flares?
Looking at trying to repair my GXL Landcruiser fibreglass front flare. It bolts on at either end but look like it has three or four other attachments. I thought they might just be those push on plastic clips but when I tried to pull it off there was the distinct sound of ripping fibreglass.
On the inner guard under the bonnet or up under the tyre?crankycruiser wrote:there is on bolt/screw down behind ur mud flap and some 10mm nuts that are on the inside of the guard.. the easiest way to get to them is pull the park light out..
i worked that out after i spent an hour trying to get at them behind the air box
Thanks by the way.

Thats not what you want to hear, the bolts are attached to little bits of fibreglass that don't take much to break. I've broken mine a coulpe of times and tried hot glueing them back on with some success. You can't see what dodgy work is behind themEmo wrote:Looking at trying to repair my GXL Landcruiser fibreglass front flare.
