springs

Post by NIK »

I need to replace my rear springs cause when I went ruf with old standard springs it raised the front. So if I get new standard rear for the back would it raise it much? The ones in it now are flat and lay on the load spring. Are there different brands of stock springs? Ive tried the local 4wd shop and they dont do standard height. Ive used king springs in the front before but they were a bit stiff. Any ideas appreciated.

I know lots run rears all round and it sits even, but mine sat higher at the front. Front rears are almost flat, rear rears are the same so I have lift shackles in the rear untill I sort out spring height.
New standard springs should have an arch, anyone know how much heigher than flat springs?

Are any brands of standard height springs better than the other or are they all about the same?
