Once upon a time this was done a fair bit does anybody know how does the conversion kits for them . as i have a chance of getting a cheap alloy rover V8 motor.

hay mate. i got one right here!

its got a dellows conversion kit (bellhousing, some clutch shit and engine mount adaptors)

good conversion, its lighter than the standard motor apparently (havent weighed it). It also handles good too, doesnt "push" like heavy long engines do in other conversions.

I think if you dont mount radiator infront of support you got problems with waterpump pushing into radiator. coz im lazy i used davies craig EWP. ist really really good. i crap on about this thing all the time!!!

I have a bellhousing to bolt up to a 4 speed hilux box and i got one for a 5 speed aswell if your intrested.

what sort of price for the 5 speed bell houseing? and how hard to do the conversion ? what else do i need and where do i get it from.
