You may call them a steering wheel hub or sumthing??

A boss kit is an adapter to allow you to fit an aftermarket steering wheel to your car.

It has a spline to match a particular car, and then a cetain bolt pattern on the other end to fit the new steering wheel.

You can see the normal steering spline in the centre, then the new mounting holes on the nearest edge.

The Saas boss kit number for the Rocky is 155, IIRC.
