Hilux Tailshaft Replacement

Post by deb_daz »

I have an 84 model duel cab hilux and I am looking at getting a couple of later model shafts to put on it as mine a little worse for wear. What later year model hilux shafts will fit it.Would a 91 model fit straight on including the center bearing.Would any later model shafts fit?????Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I replaced the two piece shaft and centre bearing on my 96 dual cab with a single shaft from a 4 speed 84 model, although I did have my rear axle moved back about 2 inches as well.
