seems a bit odd that for a mums daily drive thats never been offroad their is $1400.00 worth of mud tyres on it, some people must think we are just stupid. but all in all an excellent buy if you can afford to run it.

How many 1000 4wds do you see kitted out with winches, muds, etc etc that never go offroad? It could be true... chances are it aint but its a normal price for 4.8's they are worthless as they are thirsty as Barnsey.

don't discount the owner who needs new tyres, walks in to the store, buys a set of aggressive-looking muddies and wears them out in 30k on the tar

I know a fella who has 4, yes 4 landcruiser turbo diesels, 100/sahara for him, 100 GXV for his wife and 80 GXL's for the kids, each one with lift kit, winch bar, scrub bars, Roof Racks, fridges etc. and NONE of them have ever done any offroading. I did however see one of them being used to winch a fallen tree from his driveway in the dandenong ranges (VIC)
