would it be a good idea when i do my soa in my mk to extend the shock mounting poits on the chassis to gain more articulation???

Just a thought on this... it seems to me that the SOA gives you about 4" (?) of extra room for the shocks, which means up to 8" of extra shock travel.

On the other hand, the SOA doesn't really give a whole lot more spring travel.

So, my first thought is don't bother with the shock mounts. But, I've never done a SOA so I dunno ;)
