front mount intercoolers and mud

dose driving throo deep mud and water wreck a front mount intercooler or is it a simple hose it out job when u get home and do turbo supra motors go well in a hilux?

u gotta hose it out when its wet

when it set hard it lock onto the fins and u go to washe it out and the fins rip apart

beth thing to do would be remove it and wash it witha garden hose not to high pressure and just sit there with a bit of wire and poke the mud out

I wouldn't put wire anywhere near it. Just use a dust pan brush with a low pressure hose ;)

my brothers got a supra motor in his lux, 225 hp at the wheels, only problem is the rear tyres dont last long :lol: he goes by killalux on here if you have any questions
