Yo,
I'm currently 350 chev'ing my troopy, and am looking at hooking up oil pressure and temp to the stock in dash guages.
Does anyone know what the numerical figures are for the guages? for instance is hot on the temp guage 105deg or more or less?
Has anyone else done this? are the chev senders compatible to the cruiser guages?
Cheers
Rob

easiest way is to use the toyota senders - build/buy adaptors if you need to but the oil at least will probably just screw in. temp might need an adaptor but enzed should have something to do the job.Stackson45 wrote:Yo,

Free air locker to the first 20 callers!
Never thought of that.....
Are the yota parts metric thread or imperial like the chev stuff? can you get adaptors to mate them?
The chev temp sender is there, so i'll plug it in to start with and see what it tells me - the stock senders went home with the 2H to it's new owner.

i'd like to keep the stock guages - on my last ute i bought aftermarket guages, but then you double up on guages, and more chopping and modding of the dash. I'm gonna buy a decent tacho though - the same size as the diesel tacho in the dash.
