Will this shocker be ok with only 20mm lift

Post by Glennb »

I have decided 2 lower my car due 2 this Vibe I have. I have been told by 3 mechanics now they believe its the angle of the tail shaft( I have long wheel base springs in which gave 40mm lift.)(Ive gone throgh one uni joint and one slip yoke so Im guessing their right.
So OME have a 20mm spring lift but I was hoping that I can still fit these shockers in. they are RS5138 S42, LS26 13" compressed, 20.75"extended , 7.75" travel.
Will have any probs with them popping out at full extention and or any other probs.
Cheers
