i got the fathers in law toyota land cruiser,85-86 60 seires <sahara> 4L diesel,
now door handles they r quiet stiff and are hard to open is it just easy to replace these or give it a good WD40 spray to try loosen it up?
my other question is it has a sun roof, now in the down poor water got in and completly wet the carpet, with the sun roof is there a drainage that runs down the piller and this is just blocked??
any help is good

G'day, your door handles if worn may pay to just replace them with either second hand or aftermarket ones, Don kyatt in Melbourne may be able to help with these. WD40 wouldn't hurt either!!
Your sunroof should have 4 drainage tubes on it, 2 run down the pillar at the windscreen and the other 2 down the pillar between the doors. The holes are in the 4 corners of the internal tray of the sunroof assembly.
Check the outside seal condition on the sunroof and be carefull of the sunroof panel itself, they tend to rust inside the seal and also allow water in through there. I bought a factory glass panel for mine from a wrecker to solve the problem on mine.
