TB 42 Engine weight

anyone be able to tell me roughly how heavy a TB42 is...i need to get one freighted and have to let them know the weight of it

cant seem to find any info on Nissan website or anywhere else

maybe i just suck at the internet :D

Hi Dave

I had a TD42 (yeah I know it's a diesel) freighted a couple of years back and it was around 340kgs fully dressed so to speak, so I would expect the TB42 to only be 20ish kilos lighter due to the alloy head as the blocks are the same aren't they?

So maybe around the early 300's .. say 310 - 320kg? Anyway, I hope this helps.
