i own a gq with a front air locker, it's a 92 model TD42 and was wondering if it could be pulled out and installed in a 2001/2002 GU TD42T ? :?:

The application chart indicates different lockers but they are the same differential designator.

Someone here who has the Technical nouse will offer up the reason why you cant or what you need to do to get it to work.

I would sell the old one to offset the cost of a new one if your changing wagons. If you look at the resale value of the truck add ins don't mean much on a trade unless you can sell the benifits of all of the custom stuff to a private buyer. Then again I am making the assumption you are looking at upgrading your truck.

Thanks for all the help and information. I will upgrade in the future to a new truck and end up selling the one i have now and selling it on its own.
