is this not the OUTBACK CHALLENGE

not the OUTBACK DRIVING CHALLENGE... it's a stratergy game as much as a driving game. take a DNS and save the truck, or chase those elusive points, and risk forcing yourself out of the comp... it's not just skill or bling that wins it

it's thinking too ;)

After competing for 5 days with an average of 4hours of sleep a night, sometimes the grey matter doesnt compute properly  , and i will be the first to admit, often we are like sheep. Baaaa, baaaa.

SO yes thinking plays a big part.

just seen some pics taken from down obc, from mate who just got back. yes the mud down there can be deep but the boys who find the right line through r gettingh trough with out going through 6ft of water, there is always a line through and around every thing its thoughs who stop to walk and pick a line who get through with out destroying engins ect. its the fact that one person so far with more to do it yet made it through under DNF that proves its not impossible or a stupid stage for the obc.

The car that got through was there on the first day and was one of the first to tackle it, speaking from experience the mud up there doesnt improve as time goes on, it gets deeper and stickier and turns to apsalute sh!t. Look at last years mud stage results.
