They would say - that fine, go ahead and spend your money. Then when you try to register it ask why you thought you could get away with it and tell you it will never be registered

Thats spot on.
They had no idea what I was talking about to start with, and the ladie said that that it would all have to be inspected after mods were done, YEAH RIGHT I AINT THAT STUPID, ow and i think the inspection cost abit of dough (but not sure)

damn government organisations :?
